12' long 4" x 28lb W section ("I-beam") is used as the back support
for this adjustable glue clamp.  Machined blocks grip the top flange of the I beam
and are adjustable anywhere along the length.  The blocks receive the I-bar section of the bar
clamps, which can be leveled by means of a jack screw.  They can also be positioned "in or out"
from the I-beam of the clamp carrier.  In the photos, the unit is merely being used as a
support table to glue up inlay borders for flooring.  In practice, the clamps are used
to clamp up glued assemblies such as panels, stair tread blanks, or the like.
