Venturi vacuum pump

The accompanying dimensioned sketch is for an air-operated vacuum pump.   The measurements were
made from a unit purchased from Harbor Freight.   No patent is mentioned on the unit.  

It claims to produce 28.3 in Hg vacuum with about 4 SCFM of 90 PSI air.  

Dimensions should be regarded as approximate.
