This is a custom windshield channel molding I need to make.
3/8 x 3/8 Solid brass with 1/4 x 1/4 groove milled
down the 12" length.  Need to bend to shapes
shown.  Saw kerfing works but filling in the kerfs
with O/A torch and brass rod not working.
Would like final result to be smooth and with a
brass finish.  Ideas appreciated.  Moulding will be attached
to windshield glass with typical "windshield adhesive/sealant".
A bracket will be silver soldered to the "channel" for mounting
to the body of the vehicle.
