Logan E-MAIL> ssl@lathe.com WEB PAGE> http://www.lathe.com ============================================================== BIOGRAPHY OR OTHER INFORMATION ============================================================== Well, I'm not truly a modeler, nor a "recreational" metalworker. I started using machine tools as a pre-teen, under close supervision from my Father. Naturally, my first machine tool was a Logan Lathe (a Model 825, still in my Dad's basement). When I turned 18, I went to work for Logan Actuator Co., and have been there since. I operate, maintain, program, and setup all kinds of machine tools. I was "turned on" to RCM by Randy Lee, then the forum leader of the MetalCrafts forum on CompuServe. Besides following the newsgroup, I maintain several Websites, including: Logan Actuator Homepage http://www.loganact.com Logan Actuator "Lathe Department" site http://www.lathe.com Logan Actuator Online Store http://lathe.safeshopper.com I have also been active in promoting NAMES . The attached photo is of me resting at the 1999 NAMES show. I can be reached at ssl@lathe.com
